New Mexico weather alert: Dense fog and snow expected along I-40 this week

Thursday’s daytime highs near 54°F will give way to cooler conditions by Friday, with partly sunny skies and highs in the mid-40s.

Snow accumulations are expected to remain light, but icy roads could pose risks for early morning commutes and holiday travel.

The weekend promises relief from adverse conditions, with Saturday and Sunday forecast to be mostly sunny and warmer, reaching highs of 60°F.
